Press the zone selection button () to configure the settings for fryer drawer ().
The default setting is a cooking time of minutes and a temperature of °C.
You can adapt an automatic programme (see following section) or the default setting
specified above to suit your recipe.
Use the
() and () buttons to set the cooking temperature you require in
°C increments. Press and hold the button longer to set the required temperature more
quickly.
The temperature in °C is shown on the display field () for fryer drawer and on the

The temperature is saved.
Cooking temperatures of between °C and °C can be set.
