9.5. Storing the device when not in
use
If the face cleansing brush (A) is not going to
be used for a long period of time, clean as
described in the “Cleaning” section.
Keep the face cleansing brush (A) in a cool,
dry place. We recommend storing the device
in the storage bag (B) provided in order to
protect it from dust.
10. Troubleshooting
The face cleansing brush (A) will not switch on.
The built-in battery is possibly empty; charge the
battery.
The battery will not charge
Check whether the USB mains adapter (C) is
plugged into the power socket.
Ensure that the power socket, into which the USB
mains adapter (C) is plugged, is receiving power.
Insert the USB mains adapter (C) into another power
socket, which is definitely receiving power.
