RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
■ Ensure that the power cable never becomes wet or damp when the
appliance is in use. Route the cable so that it cannot be trapped or
damaged in any way.
■ Connect the appliance to a mains socket with a mains voltage of
230 V ∼, 50 Hz.
■ To prevent accidents, have defective plugs and/or power cables
replaced immediately by an authorised specialist, or our Customer
Service or a similarly qualified person.
Never submerge the operating/heating element and the housing
with the power cable in water, and do not clean these compo-
nents under running water.

■ This appliance must not to be used by children under the age of 8.
This appliance may be used by children aged 8 and above if they
are under constant supervision. This appliance may be used by
persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack
of experience and knowledge, provided that they are under super-

aware of the potential risks.
■ The appliance and its connecting cable must be kept away from
children younger than 8 years old.
■ Cleaning and maintenance may not be carried out by children.
■ Provide a stable location for the appliance.
■ Children shall not play with the appliance.
■ Do not operate the appliance if it has fallen down or is damaged
in any way. Have the appliance checked and/or repaired by
qualified technicians if necessary.
