■ During cleaning, make sure that no water gets into the appliance.
Never clean the appliance under running water.
■ After use, disconnect the power cord from the mains power outlet
to turn off the appliance.

■ This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years and above
and by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabili-
ties or lack of experience and knowledge, provided that they are
under supervision or have been told how to use the appliance
safely and are aware of the potential risks. Do not allow children
to use the appliance as a toy. Cleaning and user maintenance
must not be performed by children unless they are older than
8 years of age and are supervised.
■ Children must be supervised to make sure that they do not play
with the appliance.
■ The appliance and its power cord must be kept away from children
younger than 8 years old.
■ There is a risk of injury if the appliance is misused.
■ If possible, set up the appliance close to a power outlet. Ensure
that the power plug is quickly reachable in case of danger and
that the cord poses no risk of tripping.
■ Caution! Hot surface!
The exposed surfaces can become extremely hot during
operation. Therefore, only touch the handle.
■ After use, allow the appliance to cool down completely before
cleaning it! Risk of burns!
■ In an emergency, pull the plug out of the mains power outlet imme-
diately. Pull the plug itself, not the power cord.
■ Never open the housing of the appliance.
