Do not operate the product for
more than 5 minutes at a time.
After 5 minutes, take a break
until the product has cooled down.
Inserting/removing beaters

Place the beaters

into the food to be mixed.
First, set the speed switch

to “1” and adjust
the speed depending on the consistency of the
food to be mixed. You can choose from 5 speed
levels:
Level 0: Product is switched off.
Level 1: Good starting speed for mixing “soft”
ingredients, such as flour, butter, etc.
Level 2: For mixing liquid ingredients.
Level 3: For mixing cake batters and bread
dough.
Level 4: For creaming butter, sugar, for
sweets, etc.
Level 5: For beating egg whites, making cake
glazes, whipping cream, etc.
For small breaks, place the switched-off hand-
held unit

on the base side

To switch the product off, push the speed switch

Unplug the mains plug from the mains socket.
Hold the product over a bowl or sink.
Press the eject button

all the way down.
The beaters

will fall out.
If possible, clean the product immediately.

Clean the hand-held unit

and motor with a
damp cloth and, if necessary, with a mild deter-
gent. Ensure that moisture does not penetrate the
product interior and that the motor is completely
dry before the next use.
Clean the beaters

under running water or
in warm water with detergent. The beaters

can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
Dry all parts well after cleaning.
Note: We recommend cleaning the beaters
8
immediately after use. This removes food resides
and reduces the risk of bacterial growth.
Allow all parts to dry fully before storing them
or using them again.
