This unit has been designed and tested to meet the requirements

of electromagnetic, electrostatic, and radio frequency inter-ference

standards. However, the possibility of electromagnetic or other in-

terference may still exist. Relocating the device may help to elimi-

nate interference.

Do not dispose of the device or the battery with household waste!

The law requires that you dispose of this electrical device (including

all accessories and parts) at a designated recycling collection point

for electrical devices.

Dispose of the battery safely.

If the product reaches its end of life, the battery must be removed

before disposal (see section 12. Disposal).

2. Contraindications

The device must not be used by the following people: children, adults with limited physical,

sensory or psychological capacities, or those lacking experience or knowledge in how to use the

device in a safe way, or those who do not understand the hazards involved.

[ Do not use if you:

U have a pacemaker or internal deﬁbrillator, or any other active electrical implant anywhere

in the body.

U suﬀer from poorly controlled endocrine disorders, such as diabetes and thyroid conditions.

U have a history of skin cancer, or current condition of any other type of cancer, or pre-

malignant moles.

U have received radiation therapy or chemotherapy treatments within the past 3 months, or

have areas of potential skin malignancies.

U have an impaired immune system due to immuno-suppressive diseases such as AIDS and

HIV, or use immunosuppressive medications.

U have used Isotretinoin (Accutane®) within 6 months prior to treatment.

U have a disease related to photosensitivity, such as porphyria, polymorphic light eruption,

solar urticaria, lupus, etc.

U suﬀer from epilepsy.

U are pregnant or nursing.

[ Do not use on areas that have:

U a permanent implant such as metal plates and screws, silicone implants, or areas with

injected ﬁlls or toxins.

U any active condition in the treatment area, such as sores, psoriasis, eczema, rashes, open

lacerations, abrasions, or lesions.

U traumatized or injured skin.
