Instructions

Thank you for purchasing the DROP IN WR VAR-

IABLE ND RND-21. This product is a dedicated

drop-in variable ND filter for the Sigma 300-

600mm F4 DG OS | Sports. It can reduce light

from about 1.5 to 7EV, allowing you to use slow

shutter speeds even during the day.

CAUTION

–

If the ﬁlter is damaged by a strong shock or fall,

please be careful of glass fragments. It may

cause injury.

The lens has been designed to deliver opti-

mum performance with a ﬁlter installed in

the lens assembly. The quality of the picture

decreases if the ﬁlter is not installed inside the

lens. Please always use a ﬁlter inside the lens

assembly.

It is not possible to remove the WR VND ﬁlter

from the ﬁlter holder.

This ﬁlter is dedicated for each mount. It can-

not be used with lenses other than the mount

you purchased.

ATTACHING TO THE LENS

Remove the standard filter holder from the lens

and carefully insert the RND-21 until it clicks into

position. (fig.2)

HOW TO USE THE FILTER

While checking the live-view screen, rotate the Fil-

ter Rotator Dial (fig.1-4) to shoot at the optimum

effect position.

REMOVING FROM THE LENS

Turn the filter holder fixing knob counter-clock-

wise and pull the filter holder out.
