2. Clean the Rollers
Remove any hair or debris which may have been attached to and/or wrapped around the roller during use as this will improve
the performance on the next use. For anything which has been wrapped around the roller, use a cleaning tool cutting edge to
remove.
3. Check for Blockages
Ensure that the air pathways are clear of obstructions such as clumps of hair, pet hair or large items of debris. Use a light (the torch
on your mobile phone) to look down the pipe to see if it is clear.
4. Clean the Filter
Clogged lters are the most common reason for poor suction. Clean these after every use and if the performance is being
degraded it can be washed in water and left to dry for 24 hours. It is recommended that the HEPA lter is replaced every 3 months.
Dealing with blockages
It is possible that on occasion your stick vacuum will become block with debris. You may need to dismantle parts to gain access to
clean and unblock.
When dealing with blockages it use a long sti wire with a blunt end to clear pipes. Be careful not to damage the pipe.
