Input & Output
Signal Setting
HDMI Mode Selects the type of HDMI mode (version) [Mode1] or [Mode2].
Mode1: Max resolution is 3840 x 2160 (30 Hz).
Mode2: Max resolution is 3840 x 2160 (60 Hz), HDCP 2.2, or HDR.
USB-C Setting Auto: Recommended setting. Generally used with most commercially available USB Type-C cables.
USB2.0: Sets the compatibility to USB 2.0 to improve detection and communication.
TIP: • If the operation is unstable, try a different manufacturer’s USB Type-C cable instead of using the
USB 2.0 setting.
Video Range Adjust the gradation range to be shown according to the video signal to improve the whiteout and blackout
of the image.
TIP: • This function is available only when [HDMI] or [USB-C] is the selected input signal.
Auto: Automatically sets input signals by adjusting connected equipment.
Expanded Signal: For audio-visual equipment settings. Expands the input signals from 16-235 gray
levels to 0-255 gray levels.
Raw Signal: For computer settings. Show all input signals of 0-255 gray levels.
Sound Setting
Line Out Sets the volume of sound output from the audio output terminal.
The volume from the digital audio output (optical) terminal is xed regardless of the setting.
Fixed Fixes the volume from the audio output terminal. Adjust the volume by using an external device.
Variable You can adjust the volume from the speakers of this monitor and the audio output terminal simultaneously
by using “Volume”.
Internal Speaker Enables or disables sound output from the internal speakers.
Audio Delay Select this option if there is a noticeable delay between the video image and the audio signal output.
When this option is on, the audio signal can be delayed between 0 to 100 milliseconds. This allows delays
in the video, that may occur due to video processing such as DEINTERLACE, to be matched by an equal
delay in the audio signal to avoid lip-sync errors.

CEC
CEC Allows control cooperation when CEC devices are connected via HDMI to the monitor.
When CEC is ON, the monitor switches automatically to the input of the CEC device.
If you turn off CEC on the CEC device, the monitor will not switch automatically.
The monitor’s wireless remote control can be used to control some of the media player device functions.
When [CEC] is enabled, the wireless remote control CEC functions are:
1 (9), 2 (4), 3 (:), 5 (<), 6 (;), ENT, EXIT, , , , , MUTE, VOL+, VOL–.
Depending on the type of the connected device, the CEC functions may not work as described.
Not all manufacturers provide the same level of CEC integration and control, or they may only provide
support for their products.
TIP: • When [On] is selected, the monitor will quickly return to the ON state from standby state.
Enabling this option increases standby power consumption.
Auto Turn Off The HDMI-CEC compatible device goes into standby at the same time as the monitor when the STANDBY
button is pressed on the remote control, or when the ⏻ button is pressed on the monitor.
TIP: • The connected HDMI-CEC compatible device may not go into standby if it is recording.
Audio Receiver When [Enable] is selected, the internal speaker is muted and connected audio equipment with ARC
function outputs the sound.
When [Disable] is selected, connected audio equipment with ARC function is muted and the internal
speaker outputs the sound.
TIP: • It may take a while to output the sound when changing [Audio Receiver] settings; this is not a
failure in the monitor.
Reset Resets all input menu settings back to factory settings except for [Custom: Priority] and [Input Name
Setting].
