Removing and attaching the round
brushes
∙ Make sure you turn off the appliance
and let it cool down to room
temperature before removing or
attaching the round brushes.
∙ To remove the round brush, turn it
counter-clockwise ( ) while holding
it by the locking ring on its underside
and pull it off.
∙ To t the round brush back in, press it
lightly and turn it clockwise ( ) until it
clicks into place.
Using the round brushes
Round brush 40 mm
∙ for medium to long hair
∙ for curls and soft waves
Round brush 50 mm
∙ for long hair
∙ for large and dened curls
Handling
∙ The hair should already be about 75 per
cent dry.
∙ The round brush is designed for shaping
the hair. To achieve this, the hair should
be divided into single strands (not too
thick) and then spread evenly over the
brush, turning it inwards or outwards.
∙ Select the rotation direction using the
brush rotation selector and move the
brushes away from the head to the right
or left.
∙ Use the cool shot function to x the
curls.
∙ Let the hair cool down sufciently before
brushing it out.
Storing the appliance
∙ Switch off the appliance after use,
unplug it from the mains and allow it to
cool down.
∙ To avoid deforming the bristles, always
detach the round brushes from the
appliance and store them so that no
pressure is exerted on them.
Cleaning and Care
∙ Before cleaning the appliance, ensure it
is disconnected from the power supply
and has cooled down completely.
∙ To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not
clean the appliance with water and do
not immerse it in water.
∙ If necessary, the casing may be wiped
with a dry lint-free cloth.
∙ After use, remove loose hair from the
styling attachments used.
∙ Always check the air intake openings
for accumulated lint particles or hair and
remove any found.
