Trouble shooting
Problem Cause Remedy
Functions cannot be activated. Appliance is not plugged in. Connect appliance to mains.
Socket is defective. Check the socket with a different appliance.
Appliance is not placed on base
correctly.
Position it properly.
Safety cut-out is activated. Appliance needs to cool down or be descaled.
Water doesn’t heat up, and beep
