Attaching the wall mount
The wall mount is used to secure the upright appliance and prevent it from falling over.
1. Find a smooth surface near a power socket to attach the wall mount.
2. Ensure the surface is clean and free of grease.
3. Clip the wall mount onto the handle of the assembled appliance directly below the connection socket (the cable guide of
the wall mount points upwards).
4. Peel off the protective lm, place the appliance on the oor and press the appliance with the wall mount to the surface.
5. Hold the wall mount rmly and remove the appliance. Press the wall mount down again.
6. Attach the appliance to the wall mount.
Hold the wall mount rmly each time you remove the appliance from it!
Assembling the appliance
Remove any remaining packaging from the device and assemble the component parts:
1. If necessary, t the dust container with the dust container insert in place (see also chapter “Cleaning the dust container
and lter”).
2. Attach the telescopic tube to the appliance.
3. Depending on the application, attach the oor tool, 2-in-1 tool or crevice tool to the telescopic tube or attach the
accessories directly to the appliance.
Charging the rechargeable battery
It is best to charge the rechargeable battery before each use, especially after the appliance has not been used for a while.
This increases the service life of the rechargeable battery and ensures the longest possible cleaning cycles.
1. Insert the plug of the power supply unit supplied into the connection socket of the appliance.
2. Connect the mains adapter included in the delivery to a socket.
- The on/off switch on the handle ashes red.
- Once the battery is fully charged, the on/off switch turns green. The charging process takes approx. 4.5 hours when
the battery is empty.
3. Disconnect the mains adapter from the socket.
4. Pull the plug of the power supply unit out of the connection socket of the appliance.
The operating time with a fully charged rechargeable battery is approximately 10 minutes (in Power mode) or 45
minutes (in Eco mode).
TIP: If the appliance is used infrequently, the power supply should not remain permanently connected. This extends the
battery life.
