Attention!
Use a hose with a diameter compatible with the pressure port. The inner diameter of the
hose should not be too large to avoid pressure loss and should not be too small to avoid
mechanically forcing the port when inserting the hose.
Caution!
• Use a hose suitable for the pressure to be measured.
• It is recommended that the hose is not under pressure during connection.
• It is recommended to secure the hose to the pressure port with a hose clamp when
measuring pressures above 1 bar. GDZ-18 hose clamp is available as optional accessory.
The pressure port is interchangeable. It is possible to unscrew the port to replace it with a port
of a different type, provided it has G 1/8 thread. When tightening the port, use a suitable tool
and observe the maximum torque of 2 Nm.
