2.4 Intended use
The device is a water-protected thermometer for precise temperature measurements .
The special design of the ECO 122 makes it to a convenient insertion thermometer for:
• soft soils
• compost
• agricultural windrows
• bulk material
2.5 Qualified personnel
For commissioning, operation and maintenance, the relevant personnel must have adequate
knowledge of the measuring process and the significance of the measurements. The instruc-
tions in this document must be understood, observed and followed.
In order to avoid any risks arising from interpretation of the measurements in the concrete
application, the user must have additional expertise. The user is solely liable for dam-
ages/danger resulting from misinterpretation due to inadequate expertise.
