BATTERY INSTALLATION
Caution:
Disconnect the power adapter connector and leave it disconnected for the entire battery operation.
1. Carefully remove the battery compartment cover.
2. Insert 4 batteries of size “C” (UM-2 or equivalent) with the correct polarity.
Caution:
The polarity is marked inside the battery compartment.
3. Close the battery compartment cover.
Caution:
Only adults should handle batteries.
Check the batteries regularly and prevent them from draining. Spilled electrolyte can damage the
electronics and the instrument case. As a precautionary measure, remove the batteries from the device if
you will not be using it for an extended period of time.
