Introduction
This ice machine is the result of years of experience
with aked and Scotsman Nugget Ice® ice machines.
The latest in electronics has been coupled with the
time tested Scotsman aked ice system to provide
reliable ice making and the features needed by
customers. The features include easily accessible
air lters, simple conductivity water level sensing,
evaporator clearing at shut down, photo-eye sensing
bin control and the ability to add options.
