8.1 Attaching and removing the
container cover (3) (Fig.3)
Removing the container cover:
1. Before removing the container cover (3), remove all
nozzles (17/19) and the suction adapter (18) from the
holders (3a) on the container cover (3).
2. Loosen the latches (4a).
3. Lift the container cover (3) from the container (4).
Attaching the container cover:
1. Place the container cover (3) on the container (4).
2. Fasten the container cover (3) with the latches (4a).
Ensure that the latches (4a) latch into the recesses in
the container cover (3).
8.2 Fitting the rollers (8) and wheels (6)
(Fig.4,5)
1. Remove the container cover (3) as described in 8.1.
2. Set the container down (4) on a solid surface with the
underside facing upwards.
3. Fit the wheels (6) into the assembly holes provided on
the base frame (7).
4. Fit the wheels (6) to the base frame (7) using one
screw (23) each. Use a Phillips screwdriver*.
5. Fit the rollers (8) into the assembly holes provided on
the base frame (7).
6. Fit the rollers (8) to the base frame (7) using four
screws (23) each. Use a Phillips screwdriver*.
7. Flip the container (4) over and place it on the rollers
(8) and wheels (6).
8.3 Fitting the transport handle (1)
(Fig. 6)
1. Push the transport handle (1) into the fastening points
provided on the container (4) until it reaches the stop.
Ensure that the bend in the transport handle (1) faces
away from the container (4).
2. Secure the transport handle (1) with one screw (23)
on each side. Use a Phillips screwdriver*.
8.4 Filter and filter bag (Fig.1,2)
The product has the following filter and filter bag included
in the scope of delivery:
Paper filter bag (20)
Dry vacuuming
Foam filter (21)
Wet vacuuming
Filter cartridge (22)
Dry vacuuming of fine dust
Note:
1. In order to fit/remove the filter and filter bag, remove
the container cover (2) as described under 8.1.
2. Always set down the container cover (3) with the top
facing downwards.
3. After you have assembled/removed the desired filter
and filter bag, reattach the container cover (3) to the
container (4).
8.4.1 Fitting/removing the paper filter bag
(20) (Fig.7)
Removing:
1. Remove the paper filter bag (20) from the bar (9a) on
the suction connection (9).
Assembling:
1. Attach the paper filter bag (20) to the bar (9a) on the
suction connection (9) inside the container (4).
2. Check that the paper filter bag (20) is installed correct-
ly and the sealing ring (20a) fully envelopes the bar
(9a) on the suction connection (9).
8.4.2 Fitting/removing the foam filter (21)
(Fig.8)
Removing:
1. Remove the foam filter (21) from the filter cage (13).
Assembling:
1. Remove the foam filter (21) over the filter cage (13).
2. Check that the foam filter (21) is installed correctly
and fully envelopes the filter cage (13).
8.4.3 Fitting/removing the filter cartridge
(22) (Fig. 9)
Removing:
1. Turn the filter cartridge (22) anti-clockwise and re-
move it from the filter cage (13).
Ensure that the lugs in the filter cage (13) and the re-
cesses in the filter cartridge (22) are correctly aligned.
Assembling:
1. Push the filter cartridge (22) fully onto the filter cage
(13).
2. Turn the filter cartridge (22) clockwise until it is fully
engaged in the container cover (3).
Ensure that the lugs in the filter cage (13) and the re-
cesses in the filter cartridge (22) are correctly aligned.
3. Check that the filter cartridge (22) is installed correctly
and fully envelopes the filter cage (13).
8.5 Connecting the suction hose (14)
8.5.1 Suction function (Fig.10)
1. Push the hose coupling (14a) fully into the suction
connection (9).
2. Turn the hose coupling (14a) clockwise until it fully en-
gages.
3. Check that the suction hose (14) is installed correctly
by gently pulling on the hose coupling (14a).
8.5.2 Blast function (Fig.11)
1. Push the hose coupling (14a) fully into the blowing
connection (12).
2. Turn the hose coupling (14a) clockwise until it fully en-
gages.
3. Check that the suction hose (14) is installed correctly
by gently pulling on the hose coupling (14a).
