8. Disposal and recycling
Notes for packaging
The packaging materials are recy-
clable. Please dispose of packag-
ing in an environmentally friendly
manner.
Clamping square pieces vertically
On occasion tubing or other square workpieces need
to be clamped vertically on the centre of the jaws. Use
the grooves on the jaw pad to align the workpiece.
Clamping large objects
To clamp larger workpieces the moving jaw can be
reversed to increase the clamping range.
1. Remove the moving jaw by sliding it from the
tracks.
2. Rotate the moving jaw 180° and re-assemble.
See g 18.
m WARNING: Whenever clamping workpieces up
to the maximum clamping range ensure the work
piece rests down on the moving jaw and remains
parallel to it.
