13.1 Ordering spare parts
Please provide the following information when order-
ing spare parts:
Model designation
Article number
Type plate data
13.2 Service information
With this product, it is necessary to note that the fol-
lowing parts are subject to natural or usage-related
wear, or that the following parts are required as con-
sumables.
Wearing parts*: Cutting blades
* may not be included in the scope of delivery!
Spare parts and accessories can be obtained from our
Service Centre. To do this, scan the QR code on the
front page.
14. Storage
Keep the surface of the device clean and wipe it on-
ly with a dry cloth.
Oil the blades to prevent oxidation of the blades.
Store the device between 10°C and 25°C. Avoid
extreme cold or heat during storage to prevent the
battery from losing power.
When the device is not in use, store it in such a way
that it cannot be activated by an unauthorised per-
son.
Do not store the device in a damp environment or in
places with corrosive gases, but in a dry place out of
the reach of children.
Store the battery only when fully charged.
During longer storage periods, check the charge
level of the battery about every 3 months and re-
charge if necessary.
15. Disposal and recycling
Notes for packaging
The packaging materials are recy-
clable. Please dispose of packag-
ing in an environmentally friendly
manner.
12. Maintenance
m Attention! Switch o󰀨 the product before carrying
out maintenance or cleaning work. Pull out the safety
key to prevent unintentional activation.
After the product has been switched o󰀨, the blades
continue to move for a few seconds.
m Caution! Do not touch moving blades.
Keep the product clean so that you can work well
and safely.
Always wear protective gloves when working with
the product or carrying out maintenance/cleaning
work. Inspect the product regularly for obvious de-
fects, such as loose fastenings and worn or dam-
aged components.
Keep tools and blades clean:
- Clean tool with a damp cloth (do not use deter-
gents or solvents).
- Clean the ventilation slots regularly with a brush
or compressed air.
- Always clean carefully after use and lightly lubri-
cate the blades.
m Wear gloves when handling and cleaning the
blades.
Regularly check the condition of the blades, the
guide sleeves and the eccentric pin.
Regularly check for worn or damaged components
and repair or replace them if necessary.
13. Repair & ordering spare parts
After any repair or maintenance work, make sure that
all safety-related parts are in place and in perfect con-
dition. All parts which may cause injury must be kept
where they are inaccessible to children or others.
Attention: According to the German Product Liability
Act, no liability is accepted for damage caused by im-
proper repairs or by not using original spare parts.
Such work should be performed by a customer service
centre or an authorised specialist. The same applies to
accessory parts.
Connections and repairs
Connections and repair work on the electrical equip-
ment may only be carried out by electricians.
