4.1 Before initial operation
1. Clean the appliance thoroughly. Be very careful especially inside the appliance.
2. After having installed the appliance wait 4-6 hours before you connect it
to the mains.
3. Set the thermostat to position 3 or 4.
4. Afterwards operate the appliance after 24 hours for the first time.
5. The temperature of the freezer should reach -18

C or colder. You can check
the exact temperature of the cooling and freezer compartments using a suitable
thermometer

ONLY. You must unplug the appliance to disconnect it from the mains.
