MHS Duo Ratchet Block Replacement Instructions
Step 5: Replace Ratchet Block
• Place Loctite on each of the 4 ratchet block bolts
• Ensure the assembly order and orientation is correct of
the ratchet block, cover plate, and ratchet block spacer
• Align the nut plate inside the tray and thread 4x bolts
loosely to attach ratchet block
• Ensure the aluminum spacer tube is fully inserted
flush to the ratchet block before tightening bolts
• Torque 4 bolts to 15 nm
