To change the trainer to use the 142 or 148 mm thru axle end caps, an adjustable wrench is necessary to thread on
(clockwise) and remove (counter-clockwise).
Para cambiar el aparato de entrenamiento a fin de utilizar los tapones de extremo de eje pasante de 142 o 148 mm, es
necesario utilizar una llave ajustable para enroscar (sentido horario) y retirar (sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj).
