Washing machine tap: While pulling down part (A) on
the water hose, connect the water hose to the water tap.
Then, release part (A). The hose fits into the water tap
with a clicking sound.
STEP 5 Connect and place the drain hose
Connecting the drain hose to the washing machine
(General type only)
1. Press and hold down the joint ring, and insert it into
the drain hose.
2. Insert the drain hose into the drain outlet. Make sure
to connect them firmly using the joint ring. The drain
hose is extensible. Adjust the length of the drain hose
as needed.
NOTE
The drain hose is pre-assembled to the washing machine for the models that apply the pump-type drain
system.

CAUTION
• Do not exceed 3 m for the total length of extended
hoses.
• Do not let the drain hose run over doorsills that
protrude 15 cm or more from the floor.
