Each broadcasting station has its own signal conditions, and so it
is not easy for you to adjust the volume every time the channel is
changed. This feature lets you automatically adjust the volume of
the desired channel by lowering the sound output when the
modulation signal is high or by raising the sound output when the
modulation signal is low.
1 Press the MENU button.
Result
: The main menu is displayed.
2 Move the joystick up or down until the Sound is selected.

The options available in the
Sound
group are displayed.
3 Move the joystick up or down until the Auto Volume option is
selected.
4 Select the option (Off or On) by moving the joystick left or right.
Adjusting the Volume Automatically
The sound settings can be adjusted to suit your personal preferences.
1 Press the MENU button.

2 Move the joystick up or down until the Sound is selected.

3 Move the joystick right.
4 Move the joystick up or down until the Adjust option is selected.
Move the joystick right.
Result
: The Adjust menu is displayed with the current
option.
5 Select the option (volume, balance, equalizer) to be adjusted by
moving the joystick left or right. Move the joystick up or down to
reach the required setting.
6 When you are satisfied with the settings, press the joystick button
() to store them.

If you make any changes to the equalizer settings, the
sound standard is automatically switched to the
Custom.
