Not ignited
No Spark. Check the electricity supply.
The gas supply is closed.
Badly ignited
The gas supply is not completely
open.
The ignition plug is contaminated
with alien substance.
Noise made when
combusted and ignited
Flame goes out when

Yellow Flame
Different gas is used. Check the gas used.
Unstable Flame

Wipe alien substance with a dry
cloth .
Gas leakage
Repairs should be perfommed by a licensed technician only. Improper repair may
result in considerable danger to you and others. If your cooktop needs repair,
contact a SAMSUNG Service Centre or your dealer.
However, some minor problems can be resolved as follows :
