Recommendations for unprovided parts
Hot water supply hose
• Outer diameter:
3
/ 8" minimum
• Material: Braided stainless-steel or copper with a compression fitting
WARNING
Do not use plastic water supply hoses, which can deteriorate and cause
leaks.
90° fitting
• One end with
3
/ 4" N.P.T. external pipe threads, and the other end must
fit your hot water supply hose (copper with compression fittings or a
stainless-steel braided hose).
Power cable
• Jacketed 12-2 cable with ground.
NOTE
Some local codes may require a BX-style metal jacket for the power
cable.
