Charging refrigerant
f Measure the quantity of the refrigerant according to the length of the liquid side pipe. Add quantity of the refrigerant
using a scale.
Important information: regulation regarding the refrigerant used
This product contains uorinated greenhouse gases. Do not vent gases into the atmosphere.
• Inform user if the system contains 5 tCO
2
e or more of uorinated greenhouse gases. In this case, it must be checked
for leakage at least once every 12 months, according to regulation No. 517/2014. This activity must be covered by
qualied personnel only. In the case of the situation above, the installer (or authorized person with responsibility for
nal check) must provide a maintenance book, with all the information recorded, according to REGULATION (EU) No.
517/2014 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 April 2014 on uorinated greenhouse gases.
CAUTION
Please ll in the following indelible ink on the refrigerant charge label supplied
with this product on and on this manual.

Before charging, check whether the refrigerant cylinder has a siphon attached or not and position the cylinder accordingly.
Charging using a cylinder with a
siphon attached
Charge the liquid refrigerant with
the cylinder in upright position.
Charging using a cylinder
without a siphon attached
Charge the liquid refrigerant with
the cylinder in up-side-down
position.
• The lled-out label must be adhered in the proximity of the product charging port (e.g. onto the inside of the
stop valve cover).
• Make sure that the total refrigerant charge does not exceed (A), the maximum refrigerant charge, which is
calculated in the following formula: Maximum refrigerant charge (A)= factory refrigerant charge (B) + maximum
additional refrigerant charge due to piping extension (C).
