Troubleshooting
The table below list the self-diagnostic routines. For some of error codes, you must contact an authorized service centre.
If an error occurs during the operation, it is displayed on the outdoor unit PCB LED, both MAIN PCB and INVERTER PCB.

2. Check for refrigerant leakage (pipe
connections, heat exchanger) and charge
refrigerant if necessary

Check if there's any blockage on the
refrigerant cycle (indoor unit/outdoor unit)
4. Check if additional refrigerant has been
added after pipe extension
20 E425 Reverse phase or open phase
Check whether 3 phase is reversed or
opened.
