3. Cleaning the air lter
Washable foam based air lter captures large particles from the air. The lter is cleaned with a
vacuum or by hand washing.
Open the panel and put the Air lter out.
Insert the Air lter back in its original
position and close the front panel.
Dry the Air lter in a ventilated area.
Clean the Air lter with a vacuum cleaner or
soft brush. If dust is too heavy, rinse it with
running water.
CAUTION
• Do not scrub the air filter with a brush or other cleaning utensil.
This may damage the filter.
• Do not expose the air filter to direct sunlight when drying it.
NOTE
• Clean the air filter every 2 weeks. Cleaning term may vary depending on the usage and
environmental conditions.
• If the air filter dries in a humid area, it may produce offensive odours. Clean it again and dry
it in a well-ventilated area.
