POSITIONING OF THE UNIT
Keep the appliance away from any hot surfaces. Always operate the device on an
even, stable, clean and dry surface and out of the reach of children and persons
with impaired mental, sensory and intellectual functions.
It is recommended to mount the device onto the surface of the worktop. There are
special mounting holes in the base where you need to insert the bolts and screw
the device to the working surface.
Before first use, disassemble all components and wash them, as well as wash the
entire device in warm water with mild detergent.
ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY OF THE DEVICE
The device is delivered ready for use. The device must be disassembled in order to
be cleaned before the first use:
- turn the handle so that the spindle with the pressure plate is raised up to the
maximum,
- remove the internal basket and the external tank,
- loosen the wing nuts at the ends of the crossbeam,
- wash all the elements, rinse with fresh, warm water and dry with a soft towel,
- to assemble, repeat those steps in the opposite order.
3.3. Working with the device
1. Place the base on a stable surface as described in section 3.2.
2. Place a filter bag inside the basket (6).
3. Place the juice container under the drain.
4. Place the fruit pulp in the basket (6). Do not fill the basket completely. A
smaller amount of pulp will make juicing easier.
TIP: The fruit should be prepared for juicing. Apples and similar hard fruits
should be grinded (no puree!) and soft fruits such as grapes should be gently
crushed to break the skins. If done so, juicing will be more effective.
