Important Safety Precautions:
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed:
1. Read all instructions before using this appliance.
2. Do not operate the appliance if the cord, plug, or appliance is damaged or
malfunctioning.
3. To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse the foot switch, cord,
plug, or stuffer in water or other liquids.
4. This appliance is not intended for use by children.
5. Keep fingers and hands clear of all moving parts.
6. Unplug the appliance when not in use or before cleaning.
How to Use:
1. Place the foot pad in a dry location.
2. Connect the appliance to electrical power.
3. Turn the reverse switch to the "UP" position to move the piston to the top.
4. Tilt the cylinder and place the meat inside.
5. Return the cylinder back onto the frame.
6. Turn the REVERSE switch to the "DOWN" position and press the foot pad to
start the piston moving down.
7. Adjust the speed using the speed switch (knob) if the piston is moving too
fast or slow.
8. While filling the casing, remove your foot from the foot pad to stop the
piston.
9. When the piston reaches the bottom of the cylinder, the appliance will
automatically stop. Then, turn the REVERSE switch to "UP" to raise the piston
back to the top.
10. Repeat the process starting at step No.4 if more filling is required.
