is properly grounded. Never use a defective power cable.
Do not open the unit in damp or wet environment, or if
your hands or body are damp or wet. Protect the unit from
solar radiation. Use the device in a protected place to avoid
damaging the equipment or putting at risk others. Make
sure the device is able to cool and avoid placing it too close
to other devices that produce heat. Before cleaning the
machine, disconnect it from the power source. Use a soft
damp cloth for cleaning. Avoid using detergents and make
sure that no liquid enters the unit. No internal element of
this device needs to be maintained by the user. Opening
the device without our approval leads to a loss of warranty!
SAFETY GUIDELINES
1. Please read and understand these instructions
carefully before using the device! Please observe
the safety guidelines carefully in order to prevent
damages through improper use!
2. Please keep this manual available for future
reference. If this device is passed on to third parties,
the manual must be passed on with it.
3. Only use this device indoors and for its intended use.
4. We do not oer any warranty for damages resulting
from improper use or incorrect operation.
5. Before using this device for the rst time, please
check whether the main voltage type and current
comply with the indicated data on the type plate.
6. This device is not intended to be used by persons
(including children) with limited physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience and/or
knowledge, unless they are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety or have received
instruction as to how the device is used.
7. ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD! Do not try to repair the
unit yourself. In case of device failures, repairs must
be done by qualied experts.
8. Please check the main plug and the power cable
regularly. If the power cable for this device is
damaged, it has to be replaced by the manufacturer
or its customer service or another qualied person in
order to prevent hazards.
9. It is necessary to prevent damage to the power
cable due to its crushing, breaking or abrasions on
sharp edges and to keep it away from hot surfaces
and open sources of re. It may also not hang or be
immersed in water.
10. ATTENTION! DANGER TO LIFE! While cleaning, never
immerse the device in water or other liquids.
11. Under no circumstances should the housing be
opened.
12. Do not store heavy, poisonous or corrosive objects in
the device.
13. In order to avoid damaging the compressor during
transport, the fridge should not be tilted by more
than 45°.
14. Do not use the fridge in unheated rooms and in
locations with high air humidity.
15. It is recommended that hands will be dry in the
course of performing the activity which require
putting hands into the freezer, because otherwise it
may result in damage of the skin from frost.
16. ATTENTION! The ventilation openings of the
appliance should always be free from blockages.
17. ATTENTION! Do not use any electrical appliances or
machines in order to accelerate defrosting.
18. ATTENTION! Pay special attention not to damage the
elements of coolant circuit.
19. ATTENTION! Do not use any electrical appliances
inside the chamber of the appliance which serves to
store food.
20. ATTENTION! The appliance in its design contains
ammable gases serving for insulation. For this
reason at the end of its service life the appliance
should be handed over for disposal by professionals.
21. ATTENTION! The plug of the appliance should be
connected to the socket in a place enabling its easy
and quick disconnection.
22. ATTENTION! Installation of the appliance must be
carried out by a qualied person.
23. Children may not play with the appliance..
24. It is not allowed to store potentially explosive
substances in the appliance, e.g.: cans containing
compressed ammable gas.
25. It is not allowed to store glass vessels with freezing
uids in the appliance.
26. Do not use malfunctioning or damaged device.
27. Parts or accessories not recommended by the
manufacturer cannot be used in the device. The act of
using parts not recommended by the manufacturer,
resulting in loss of warranty and can lead to a direct
threat to the life or health of the user.
28. It is forbidden to move, adjusting and rotating the
device in the course of work.
29. It is forbidden to place the device on a combustible
surface.
30. It is forbidden to place the device near an open
ame, electric stoves, coal stoves or other heat
sources, as well as near direct sunlight. High
temperatures can damage the cooling capacity and
rise the consumption of electricity.
31. The device must not be connected to the outlet other
than wall-mounted socket, do not use a multiple
outlet adapter or multiple sockets.
32. In case the power supply is cut o from the appliance
it is necessary to wait about 5 minutes before
reconnecting the appliance to the electricity in order
to avoid damage to the appliance.
33. Before rst use, make sure that the type of current
and mains voltage correspond to the data indicated
on the nameplate.
34. CAUTION! Leaking refrigerant can cause eye damage
or loss of sight if it gets into the eyes. Should this
happen, rinse the eyes immediately with plenty of
water and consult a physician.
35. The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance
may not be carried out by children without
supervision by an adult person.
Failure to follow safety recommendations and
instructions may result in serious injuries or death!
SCOPE OF THE APPLICATION
Freezer RCFZ-98-1, RCFZ-152-1, RCFZ-197-1, RCFZ-252-
1, RCFZ-560-1, RCFZ-459-1, RCFZ-368-1 are intended for
use in the household. Freezers are used to store and freeze
food.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from non-
intended use of the device!

BERORE THE FIRST USE
Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for
defects and open the packaging if there are no damages.
If the packaging is damaged, please contact your transport
company and distributor within 3 days, and document the
damages as detailed as possible. Do not turn the package
upside down! When transporting the package, please
ensure that it is kept horizontal and stable.
DISPOSING OF THE PACKAGING
Please keep all packaging materials (cardboard, plastic tapes
and Styrofoam), so that in case of a problem, the device can
be sent back to the service centre in accurate condition!
GENERAL HINTS FOR THE USER
The appliance must be cleaned after unpacking and before
its connection to the power supply network. Once the
freezer has reached the set temperature, it can be lled
with frozen food (in case of intention to put fresh food
it is necessary to comply with the parameter informing
about the maximum weight of frozen food during 24 hours
and the instructions for freezing of fresh food contained
in this document). It is forbidden to ll the freezer with
warm liquids and food and any food products put into the
appliance should be covered. Food products and drinks
should be stored in sealed airtight containers. In order to
ensure adequate air circulation inside the appliance it is
recommended to place products be in such a manner in
order to maintain distance between them.
If the door is opened too often, there is increased energy
consumption, which could lead to possible damage.
Always close the door of the appliance when it is not in use.
Do not use screwdrivers or other metal tools in order
to remove ice layers that are formed on the walls of the
appliance during its use.
After closing the cover, do not open it again suddenly and
with use of force, the gasket located around the closure
of the appliance chamber can hinder to open it for about
1 or 2 minutes. After this time, the appliance should open
normally.
In case of you do not use the appliance for a longer time,
in order to save electricity, it is necessary to disconnect the
cleaned appliance from the electricity, to clean and leave
the door open in order to prevent gathering of unpleasant
odours inside the appliance.
INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY OF THE APPLIANCE
Care must be taken so that the appliance will be in an
upright position at least 2 hours before its rst activation.
CAUTION! Correct connection of the device to the single
socket with earth is the guarantee of proper work. In the
case of inappropriate installation, the machine may cause
injury. Place the appliance on a at, stable surface that will
withstand its weight together with its contents. In order to
provide adequate ventilation, keep at least 20 cm of space
between the appliance and the wall or other objects. The
device should be placed in a cool, well-ventilated and
dry room, away from heat sources. Ensure at least 30 cm
clearance from gas or electric cookers and 50 cm distance
from radiators or ovens.
Not exposing the device to heat sources during its
operation increases the compressor eciency and reduces
energy consumption.
First start up.
1. Unpack the whole appliance.
2. Make sure that no packing material has been left in
the compressor chamber.
