always have access to the power plug and avoid direct fans, open windows or
high air flows. The power cord connected to the appliance must be properly
grounded and correspond to the technical details on the product label.
ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE
• Remove all the plastic protection and packaging before using.
• Be sure to clean all its external components before the first use – they can
contain preservation or production chemicals. Clean it with a warm water
with dish or other food grade washing fluid and dry it immediately after
cleaning.
• Ensure that the machine is level front-to-back and side-to-side in the final
installed.
• The appliance is being delivered almost ready for use only plug in to the
mains. In RCES-5000-60 the electrical connection need to be fitted first –
this task should be performed by a qualified person.
3.3. Device use
• Fill water into the tray before using. Keep the tray always with water
when operating the machine.
• Rotate the temperature knob (or knobs in RCES-5000-60) clockwise, then
the heat light is on and the heating element starts to heat up.
• NOTE: This machine uses stepless temperature regulation, if you rotate
the temperature knob clockwise, the heating element working time will
be lengthened and the temperature will be rising. Machine cycle
operation (intermittent heating process), to make the heating element in
thermostat state within setting temperature range. While the
intermittent heating process, as the rotating angle increases, the
conduction time will be longer and the temperature will be higher. If you
want continuous heating, instead of the intermittent heating, please
rotate the knob to the max position (you will have a distinct sense of
pause when to this position), the heating element will be continuous
heating, and the temperature can reach maximum.
• The height adjustable heating head with handle is for adjusting the
height of heating element. Grasp the handle, move up and down to
adjust the height of the heating area according to your needs.
• The cooking time can differ according to the prepared dish or food
requirements. When the food is ok, turn off the thermostat
(temperature knob to minimum). You can take out food by long-handle
kitchenware with oven mitt from the BBQ net.
