SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Bain Marie is designed to keep ready meals warm.
The Bain Marie must not be used for preparing meals from scratch, for heating other food products;
heating or boiling water, soups, sauces or defrosting deep frozen products, heating liquids that contain sugar:
sweetener, acids, alkali or alcohol; heating or warming ammable substances, harmful to health, oxidising
substances or similar liquids/materials.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from non-intended use of the device!
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for integrity and open it. If the packaging is damaged, please
contact your transport company and distributor within 3 days, and document the damages as detailed as
possible. Do not turn the package upside down! When transporting the package, please ensure that it is kept
horizontal and stable.
DISPOSAL OF THE PACKAGING
Please keep all packaging materials (cardboard, plastic tapes and Styrofoam), so that in case of a problem, the
device can be sent back to the service centre in accurate condition.
INSTALLING THE APPLIANCE
Appliance location
The temperature of the environment must not be higher than 45 °C and the relative humidity should be
less than 85%. Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the device is to be used. The distance from any
wall of the device should be not less than 10 cm. Operate the device on at, stable, clean, refractory and dry
surfaces out of the reach of children and people with mental disabilities. Install the device in such a way that
the main plug is always accesible. The power cord connected to the appliance must be properly grounded
and correspond to the technical details. Before rst use, remove all elements and clean them along with the
entire device.
