Using the LCD Screen
The high resolution 3” touch screen LCD screen shows all important information
regarding camera settings as well as the visual image of your photo or video. The
display on the LCD screen is called the On Screen Display or OSD.
LCD Screen Layout
The following illustrations show the LCD screen layout and icon descriptions.
Record Mode Screen Layout
No. Item Description
1 Record Mode Indicates the current record mode settings.
2 Flash Indicates flash settings.
3 Focus Mode Indicates focus mode settings.
4 Self-timer / Burst Indicates drive mode settings.
5 Zoom indicator Displays zoom.
6 Shots available Indicates the remaining shots available.
7 Resolution Displays resolution settings.
8 Quality Displays quality settings.
9 Focus frame Use to frame subject to capture.
