Locking and unlocking the keys of the
operating panel

Main lighting

Briefly press.
Turns the lighting on/off at the last intensity
used
Secondary lighting

Long press.
Increase or decrease by 50% the intensity of
the lighting.
Extraction control
Extraction start
X
Briefly press.
Turns on the extraction motor at the last speed
used.
Display: shows the speed adjustment.
Extraction level
Low speeds are recommended for low heat cooking
and for sauces, simmering, etc.
Intermediate speeds are recommended for medium
to fast cooking, grilling and frying.
High speeds are recommended for cooking that
creates a lot fat and vapour.

Increases the speed of the extraction motor

Extraction shutoff

Briefly press.
Switches the extraction motor off.
Toggling the intensive setting
The intensive extraction mode is recommended if the
vapours and fumes occasionally become excessive.
Switching on

Briefly press.
Activates the intensive extraction mode, even
with the motor off, for 6 minutes and then
return to the speed used previously.
Display: displays the point flashes once
per second.
Switching off
X
Briefly press.
Deactivates the intensive extraction mode,
return to the speed used previously
.

6 minutes after activation, return to the speed
used previously.
Ventilation mode 24 h
This function allows you to remove all the unpleasant
and persistent smells in your room by renewing the
air.
Switching on

Briefly press.
Motor off or on: switches the motor on for 10
minutes every hour at an extraction speed of
100m3/h for 24h.
Display: Displays the dot flashing 1 time
per second, while the engine is running.
Once the procedure is completed: the
signalling of the previously viewed display turns
off.
Switching off

Briefly press.
Turns off the extraction motor and
consequently deactivates the 24h extraction
function
The display turns off.
After 24 h of activation of the function: the
motor is turned off and the signalling of the
previously viewed display is turned off.
