• Please check whether the cookware
is not suitable,or switch on the

• Low-Voltage. • Please contact technical support.

• High-Voltage.

• Top plate sensor overheat or
short-circuit.
• Please check whether the cookware
is not suitable,or switch on the
appliance again after it is cooled
down naturally.

• Top plate sensor open circuit. • Please contact technical support.
E5
• IGBT overheat / fan connection
problem.
• Please check whether the cookware
is not suitable,or switch on the
appliance again after it is cooled
down naturally.
E6
• Top plate sensor / IGBT open circuit
or broken.
• Please contact technical support.
EC
• Communication fault.
• If the anomalies are not solved, do not disassembly the appliance on your own; it will
automatically void warranty. Take it to an authorized assistance centre.
The user will be responsible for safety accidents or dangers deriving from disassembly
in autonomy.
