5.2.10 Installation of the hood for air extraction type operation
The wall opening must be sized for a 150mm diameter exhaust air duct. (Make a hole of approximately
155mm in diameter ).
To install the hood in extraction mode, fit it as described in the previous section: “Mounting the hood",
without fitting the charcoal filters.
Proceed as follows during the installation work:
1 - Remove the external and internal chimneys;
2 - Fit the exhaust duct;
3 - Refit the external and internal chimneys;

For final installation of the hood in extraction mode, an
air outlet grille will be required with a 150mm fitting (a)
for connection to the air exhaust duct. The grille is not
supplied with the hood.
