service authorized.
• Please never leave the 200IR unattended while it is connected to the power
supply.
• Children must be surpervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
• This appliance is not use by persons (including children) whose physical,
sensorial or mental capacities are impaired, or who lack sufficient experience
or knowledge, unless they have been surpervised or instructed in the use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• When placing the iron on its stand, ensyre that the surface on which the stand
is place is stable.
IMPORTANT: When you want to dispose of the appliance, NEVER throw it in the
garbage. Instead, go to your closest waste collection centre for subsequent treat-
ment. In this way, you will be contributing to looking after the environment. Before
disposing of your used appliance, you should make it visibly unserviceable and have
it disposed of according to current national legislation. Ask your Distributor, Town
Council or Local Authority for detailed information.

BEFORE STARTING TO IRON
• Make sure you have removed the soleplate protector before starting to iron.
• With your 200IR unplugged, open the fill cap lifting it upwards (fig 1).
