UNPACK AND SET UP

1. Carefully remove the device from the box, remove all packaging material from the device, remove

the accessories and check that they are complete.

2. Unwind the power cable and the antenna and extend them to their full length.

3. Place the device on a stable and level surface.

4. Connect the power cable to the device and a household socket (AC 100-240V).

BASIC OPERATION

SWITCHING THE BASIC OPERATING DEVICE ON AND OFF

1. switch on: To switch on the device, press the [POWER] button.

 Standby LED does not light up.

2. Switch off: To switch off the device, press the [POWER] button.

 Standby LED lights up red.

Note:

 The device always starts with the last set mode and volume.

 If the device is switched to USB/Bluetooth/AUX-IN mode, the device automatically switches to

standby mode after approx. 15 minutes if there is no audio signal and no button input. A volume

setting that is set too low can also be recognised as ‘no audio signal’. To switch the device on

again, press and hold the [POWER] button for approx. 3 seconds.

 Notes on electrostatic discharge: The device may reset itself due to electrostatic discharge or

may not reset to normal operating mode. Disconnect the device from the power supply. Wait a

few seconds and then reconnect the appliance and put it back into operation.

SELECT MODE

1. Press the [FUNC.] button several times to switch to the corresponding mode.

2. The mode is shown on the display.

3. The following modes are available: Bluetooth / AUX / USB / FM (radio)

VOLUME

Use the [VOL.(+/-)] control to set the desired volume.

Note:

 The appliance starts with the last set volume value.
