CLAIM VALIDITY
Immediately cease use of the product once you become
aware of a fault or defect. Contact Redsbaby to report the
issue. You must make a claim within the claims period for it to
be valid.
WARRANTY EXPENSES
Redsbaby will provide repairs and replacements free of
charge for claims made within the claims period. Redsbaby
will provide free shipping for replacement products or parts
and repairs shipped within Australia. The customer will be
responsible for shipping charges for replacement products or
parts and repairs shipped outside Australia.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
Visit redsbaby.com.au/warranty and complete a warranty
claim form or contact Customer Care for assistance with
making your warranty claim. Further warranty information is
available at redsbaby.com.au.
