INSTALLING A BACKGROUND

Warning

!!

Do not exceed the crossbar weight limit

of 12 lb. Weight should be evenly

distributed over the crossbar.

It is necessary to remove the wing nut

and one washer from each threaded

post.

Seamless paper backgrounds:

1. Slide the paper roll over the

crossbar, and fit the crossbar onto

the threaded post on each side.

2. On each side, place the second

washer over the crossbar. Replace

the wing nut, and tighten it until

secure.

3. Pull down the background paper

to the desired length. Secure the

paper with gaffer tape or clamps.

Cloth Backgrounds:

1. Slide the crossbar into the looped hem at the top of the cloth

background. If your fabric doesn’t have a looped hem, secure

the background to the crossbar with clamps or tape.

2. Mount the crossbar onto the threaded post on each side.
