Before connecting to the power source, check whether the power source to which the
device is to be connected meets the parameters given on the rating plate.
Before using the device for the first time, warm up the empty oven to get rid of the smell of
thermal insulation and any remaining maintenance greases.
Turn on the oven for min. 45 minutes by turning the temperature setting knob (see:
CONTROL PANEL - OPERATION) to the maximum position. Smoke may come out of the oven.
This is normal. Preheat the oven until the smoking and unpleasant smell stop. Ventilate the
room where the appliance is installed thoroughly.
