22. Error messages
Error 1
The DuoFern Room Thermostat 2 has an invalid DuoFern address
(radio code).
◆ Please carry out a hardware reset, see page 116.
◆ Check the DuoFern address (radio code) in menu 9.9.5 if the
problem persists, see page 113.
● Please then contact the RADEMACHER Service
department, see page 124.
Error 2
The DuoFern Room Thermostat 2 has overheated and switched
off for safety reasons.
◆ It is very likely that a large load has been connected.
◆ The maximum permissible connected loads can be found in
the technical specifications, see page 34.
◆ The error message can only be confirmed by pressing the
OK button when the device is no longer overheating.

3. The operating unit can be reinserted into the installation
housing as soon as the screwdriver has been removed
from the contacts.
The time and date are lost during a hardware reset.
All other settings are retained.
