PLEASE NOTE! The tool and accessories should be used (in
line with their manufacturer's instructions) solely for the
purposes they were designed for. It is strictly prohibited to
use the device for any other purposes.
Do not use the wrench as a hammer for removing or straightening the
cross connectors. Never try to adapt the tool to any other designation or
to modify it.
Every use of the tool incompliant with its above-mentioned designation
is prohibited and shall invalidate the warranty, leading to the absence of
any manufacturer's liability for the losses resulting therefrom.
Any modification of the device made by the user waive the
manufacturer's liability for damage and losses caused to the user and the
environment.
To ensure use compliant with the designation, follow also the
safety tips, installation instructions and operation guidelines in
the operation manual. Follow the applicable accident-
prevention regulations (OH&S) as strictly as possible.
The correct use of the pneumatic tool entails also maintenance, storage,
transport and repairs.
The device may be repaired solely in the service workshops authorised by
the manufacturer. The tools supplied with compressed air should be
repaired solely by authorised personnel.
Even given the use compliant with the designation, it is impossible to
rule out certain residual risk factors. Due to the tool structure and design,
the following hazards may appear:
- Hazard of injuries caused by detached parts.
- Hearing impairment in the failure to use the required hearing
protection.

n Noise and vibration data
The NOISE was measured in accordance with ISO 15744.
Sound pressure level (LpA) of the tool loaded/without load is: 88 dB(A)
Sound power level (LwA) of the tool loaded/without load is: 99 dB(A).
Measurement tolerance K /K =3dB(A).
pA wA
PLEASE NOTE!Wear hearing protection!
The VIBRATION was measured in accordance with ISO 28927-2.
The average vibration level when loaded is:
2
– 3,96 m/s .
Measurement tolerance
2
K=1,5 m/s .
The measured vibration level is representative of the basic tool
applications. If the tool is used for any other applications or with other
work tools, and if it is not maintained sufficiently, the vibration level may
deviate from the above.
INSTALLATION AND USE:
PLEASE NOTE! Before every use of the tool, ensure no
pneumatic system component is damaged. If you notice any
damage, replace the system components with new,
undamaged ones.
Before every use of the pneumatic system, remove the condensate inside
the tool, compressor and hoses.
n Connecting the tool to the pneumatic system
Ensure air supply to the tool by means of the air pre-treatment unit and
air pressure measurement.
It is recommended to use an automatic lubricator in the line although
lubrication may be done manually before you start work and after every
hour of continuous device operation. To ensure the best results, lubricate
the device frequently but not excessively. The excess oil could accumulate
in the device and would be blown away with the outlet air.
Figure B on page 2 presents the recommended tool attachment method
to the pneumatic system.
System components:
1. Pneumatic tool
2. Air inlet connector
3. Quick-release coupling
4. Pressure hose
5. Lubricator
6. Pressure regulator
7. Air filter (dehydrator)
8. Compressor
It is strictly recommended to install the air filter, pressure controller and
lubricator as presented in the drawing. This will ensure clean air flow with
the appropriate pressure and oil mist to the tool and the most effective
use of the tool for a longer time.
