There are two icons, one for Hold Time and another for Cook More. Use the minus and plus icons to modify temperatures OR tap
on the time and it brings you to the number keypad where desired value can be entered.
Select the Confirm icon to accept changes or Back icon to return to previous screen

To modify Recipe holding time, select Edit Time
icon. This will bring you to the character entry key-
board
