HAZARD IDENTIFICATION
The hazard identification surround shape is represented as a black symbol on a yellow triangle with a black
border. It is used to indicate a potentially hazardous condition/situation that could result in personal injury,
component damage, or malfunction. Follow all recommended mandatory and prohibited actions to avoid or
prevent potentially hazardous conditions/situations.

Not a step. Keep off!
Do not adjust suspension.
Keep your hands, clothing and all other objects away from the wheels when driving. Do not allow any
personal belongings or objects to drag behind the scooter when driving. Be aware that loose fitting clothing
or other objects can become caught in all moving parts of the scooter. Failure to heed this may result in
personal injury and/or property damage.
Do not operate the power seat, if equipped, while the scooter is in motion.
Do not remove anti-tip wheels.
Avoid exposure to rain, snow, ice, salt, or standing water whenever possible. Maintain and store in a clean
and dry condition.
DOES NOT meet ISO 7176-19 or ANSI-RESNA WC-19 standards for occupied
transport in a motor vehicle.
