Warranty
PREBENA provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase
for the designated device under the following warranty conditions.
PREBENA guarantees to correct defects in materials and
workmanship at no cost. Loss of functionality or damage due to
improper use is not covered by the warranty at no cost.
Only original PREBENA fasteners may be used. Failure to comply
voids product liability and therefore the warranty as well. The
warranty does not cover wear parts such as O-rings, etc. The
warranty can be fulfilled by replacing or repairing the defective part at
PREBENA’s discretion. No further claims exist.
To make a claim under warranty, the warranty card must be
completed with a dealer stamp and date of purchase and included, or
a receipt of purchase indicating the date and information from the
warranty card.
Shipping: The defective device must be packaged carefully to
prevent breakage and shipped postage-paid to PREBENA.
