ATTENTION
Observe the Hazard Warnings in the “Safety” section, starting
on page Fehler! Textmarke nicht definiert..
Position a carton at least 16 mm thick in the opening between the
die and discharge opening.
Trigger the tacker (see section “Fehler! Verweisquelle konnte
nicht gefunden werden.“ starting on page Fehler! Textmarke
nicht definiert.).
Check the following properties:
- Triggering occurs only when the trigger safety is pressed.
- One fastener must be driven into the carton material for each
pull of the trigger.
- Exhaust air must not blow towards the face.
To obtain the desired bending profile if needed, change the
operating pressure, the bottom retaining clip (see page Fehler!
Textmarke nicht definiert.), or the carton thickness setting (see
page 35).
Repeat these steps as needed.
The tacker is now ready for operation.
Contact triggering
The device is set for contact triggering. For repeated triggering, you
do not need to press the trigger each time. Each trigger action drives
one staple into the material.
