Offensichtliche Mängel sind innerhalb von 8 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware anzuzeigen, andernfalls verliert der Käufer
sämtliche Ansprüche wegen solcher Mängel. Wir leisten Garantie für unsere Maschinen bei richtiger Behandlung auf
die Dauer der gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsfrist ab Übergabe in der Weise, dass wir jedes Maschinenteil, dass in-
nerhalb dieser Zeit nachweisbar in Folge Material- oder Fertigungsfehler unbrauchbar werden sollte, kostenlos erset-
zen. Für Teile, die wir nicht selbst herstellen, leisten wir nur insoweit Gewähr, als uns Gewährleistungsansprüche ge-
gen die Vorlieferanten zustehen. Die Kosten für das Einsetzen der neuen Teile trägt der Käufer. Wandlungs- und
Minderungsansprüche und sonstige Schadensersatzansprüche sind ausgeschlossen.

Obvious defects must be reported within 8 days after receipt of the goods, otherwise the purchaser loses all claims
due to such defects. We guarantee our machines, if handled correctly, for the duration of the statutory warranty peri-
od from handover in such a way that we will replace free of charge any machine part that demonstrably becomes un-
usable within this period as a result of material or manufacturing defects. For parts that we do not manufacture our-
selves, we only provide a warranty to the extent that we are entitled to warranty claims against the upstream sup-
pliers. The purchaser shall bear the costs of fitting the new parts. Claims for conversion and reduction and other
claims for damages are excluded.

Des défauts évidents doivent être signalés endéans 8 jours après réception de la marchandise. Sinon, l’acheteur
perd tout droit de revendication de tels défauts. Nous fournissons une garantie pour nos machines en cas de traite-
ment correct sur la durée de garantie légale à partir de la remise et ce de telle manière que nous échangeons gratui-
tement toute pièce de la machine, qui, durant cette période de garantie, devait devenir inutilisable suite à une erreur
matérielle ou de fabrication justifiée. Pour les pièces que nous ne fabriquons pas nous-mêmes, nous fournissons
uniquement une garantie dans la mesure où nous disposons de droits de garantie vis-à-vis des sous-traitants. Les
frais pour le montage des nouvelles pièces sont à charge de l’acheteur. Tout droit à modification ou à réduction ainsi
que d’autres demandes de dommages et intérêts sont exclus.
